Certificate IV in Training and Assessment TAE40116

This qualification is a requirement for people who are delivering training and assessment in the vocational education and training (VET) sector.  Our delivery of this qualification is primarily designed for those who will be training and assessing within The Training Collaborative’s program, however we welcome students who are looking to attain this qualification for the purposes of training and assessing for other organisations.  This is a “contextual” qualification and students should have current involvement in delivering a training program within the VET sector in order to apply the learnings and demonstrate the required competencies. This qualification is offered via distance mode and from time to time through workshops.  Recognition of prior learning is also available in part or full depending on prior training and experience.  We are also able to offer bridging programs to upgrade people who hold a non-current TAA qualification such as TAE40110.
